Ferrari 360 Mirror and Attach SubDiv Problem

Hi All, As you can see I'm having a little problem.

Most of my car pieces are going fine but for some reason the windscreen won't merge properly.

It's been converted to a SubD surface and I'm using SubDiv Surfaces>Mirror & SubDiv Surfaces>Attach to make the other half of the car. However when I try to attach the windscreen it causes a strange problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All, Found the problem. I just needed to continue watching the tutorial. Whilst it didn't happen on the windscreen in the video it did on the back window and the tutor fixed it by returning to polygon mode and merging the top vertices which didn't merge for some reason.
