Problem wit Union neck and head

in the begining of vedio 3, after i convert the head and neck to polygons, and select them to do union they disapear :|. what am i doing wrong.

Sounds like the too parts of the geometry are:

1) not intersecting completely

2) Normals are not facing the same way on both head and neck.

wat did u mean by normals are not facing the same way on both head and neck..

i think kurt is correct when he says that the two parts are not fully intersecting...

i am currently working on the same tutorial and i have encountered the same problem before.

if you are only looking at your side view trying going into perspective view to get a view of the intersection at all angles before trying to using the boolean command.
