Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
The texturing on the stereo isnt bad, and it helps smooth out the edges, but you should definetly try and smoothe out the edges some, they look really hard, especially when the texturing is only on one side.
