Photoshop images have green tint

I was wondering why my photoshop images have a greenish tone to it. You guys know how to fix it? I can't get pure black or pure colors of anything. Every image I open in photoshop gets this green tint and I've played with the color settings, but don't think I know what I'm doing and it stays the same. You guys know how to fix this?

Well they did say they got rid of the photoshop forum and merged it with this one a long time ago. Plus, photoshop works with Maya hand in hand so I figured hey...I think this might be ok :/

You say you have adjusted the color settings...have you looked at the RGB channels? Make sure your all channels on (Red, Green and blue)

Ok I fixed the colors for the RGB mode, its working now, but when I go into gray scale, its still green.

I messed around with the grayscale options in the color settings, but none seemed to change it.
