Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
Nice work making the cabin-area look antique (not quite the word I was looking for, but it's close); you make me want to walk along it shouting "Arrrr!" at the top of my lungs for no apparent reason. :p
Aw...well keep working on this in the future; it's too interesting a concept to give up completely! If you can't make it in the competition, I'd still love to see more; maybe stick it in the WIP section, and keep going
