Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

vertex selection?

I thought I just saw this question too.. When I'm selecting my verts one at a time, two select at once. I reset my move tool and the tool settings and even reverted everything back to default and it's still doing it. And soft select isn't on..

It looks an awful lot like reflection is on, but if you reset your tool settings, I'm not sure.
