actually, im quite looking forward to the fluid, but i dont see the point in spending a few thousand £s just for water, when the release after, ud have water AND lots of new features
well even though people seem to think that this is just a mere upgrade are wrong.. It is an awesome piece of software.
Not just the fantastic fluid effects but so many bugs have been ironed out, I hear it has some other new features as well. I will let you guys know in a few days...when I have it

Welcome to Maya Fluid Effects, a technology that uses fluid dynamics theory to realistically simulate 2D and 3D atmospheric effects, combustion effects, and viscous fluid effects. These effects render as volumes, interacting appropriately with objects that move through them. Fluid Effects also includes an ocean shader that simulates open water.
