Hey there arran,

that is definately 'odd architecture' you have there!! How many buildings in the scene?

I might have overlooked the answer to this in your thread but have you decided how you're going to present the scene in your final entry yet?

Hey mat - In the final scene I should have about five buildings, including the main house. I am working on getting everything looking ok from one angle and then I might try to include a couple of other viewpoints if I can. Today I am having some major headaches trying to texture my tree.

I still need to texture a few areas on the main building, add some sort of background, import a few bits and pieces and also do some more work on the tree.

thanks Arran, Italy was very cool, we saw lots of historical stuff and I kept thinking about modellling it all in 3D

wow - 1000 posts - I hadn't even noticed!

Glad to hear you had a good time - my mate just got back from Italy and said he saw a lot of great stuff, though he said the vatican was a bit depressing as it had a lot of cool stuff inside, but was just too crowded to see anything.
