how do i export as .obj

ok, so, i need to export my modle as a .obj so i can tweak it in zbrush. how do i do that?
when i go to file>export all/selection it only gives me the options for .mb .ma .mov and .fbx HOW DO I EXPORT THIS STUPID THING? its driving me crazy!!!

also, how do i permanantly meld caps to nurbs objects?

you need to load the obj export plugin. Look in your plugin manager and it should be there.

go to- windows-settings/preferences-plug-in manager...

there you find export obj(stg like that)and you check the little box next to it.
