Mj polytools please help !!!

i need help with mj poly tools i dunno how to install any new addons and stuff
i copied it in the startup thingy and it juss chukked a big spastic

could any one please help me
how do u instlal it ?
U are currently suffering a mental spazattak please consult a doctor
