a quick question about the number of FPS

I know that the default amount of frames per second is set to 24, I was curious if there was a way to change it in order to make the duration of the current animation I am working on longer as it would be simpler then to just play with all the little keys i have inserted.

I would appreciate any help that you could bring on this issue. Thank you
