cloth error! Pleas help

am trying to get the cloth simulation to work. I set everything up acoording to the tutorial from this site and hit play to start the simulation. It starts to play then I get this error message

"Warning: Outside bounds of cache. Not truncating."

The cloth shirt never drops onto the character. Can anyone help??

It almost sound like memory issue... I'll think about it more and then post some ideas if I can think of anything else to try.

Well I tried it on 2 different machines with the same error.
