Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

Chirone it started out as a Polygon cube, but it could have equally been a Nurbs Sphere as demonstrated in most of Kurts tutorials.
I knew I would have to make this in many pieces so I roughed out the head in a low resolution Poly cage, put it on a layer and then cut pieces off to work on as needed.

Looks good,

only thing I notice is that the concentric discs that make up the ear area are not flat/planar - though maybe they're not supposed to be.
