The CPS tool is for maya 4, 4.5 and 5 ... its actually a collection of MEL scripts which will help you work faster..

Go to the above mentioned site and download the free CPS3.5

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes. Would the team be willing to make personalized Videos to the customers needs? Or will it be to much if a hassle to deal with. user added image

Yes.... the cost in points terms may be more as it is a request but yes this is no problem at all

shaders aren't necessarily made in Photoshop. Textures are, though.

Right on,, I know Mike has 4.0 on his system,, but Im going to be getting 5.0 in a few Months and I hope I not going to have to learn a bunch of new thingsuser added image but if so, will there be any 5.0 Tutorials on some of the new options and controlsuser added image

most of my latest are 4.5. I also make use of the Bonus Games Plugin. The main difference between 4.5 and 5.0, where modeling is concerned, is that 5.0 has most of these games tools included.
