the bird look is starting to go away.
its starting to get a mean look on the dragon which is cool.
the tip of the beek is waaaay to pointed. try to smooth it up a bit.

cheers!!

Hello mmoore,

Like the others have just said you're doing great. I think the nostrils have made a big difference to the look and feel of your model. 13th resident has made a good point (excuse the pun) about the beak, it would look more natural if it wasn't so sharp.

I'm looking forward to seeing more updates, take it easy,

Mat.

I think that the wing ... things help a great deal.

The one thing I would try and keep in your mind is the angular look of a Dragon. Scales and bones and beaks and all that lot. In my opinion the more sharp and pointed it looks, the more scary and cool it will be. It shouldn't be that hard to do and then at the end you can have a look and the see the difference.

thanks everyone for the comments. .I am still working on the dragon ...will have some pictures in the next couple days ..working on beak more and then teeth and fixing some other areas ..but thanks for the C and C ..

13th and happy ...I might make beak less pointed not sure yet ...

tim - i agree with you ..i dont want my dragon to have a foo foo look at all ..so trying to find some pictures of dragons and go from there ...that is why no updates in awhile ...

one thing i learned about maya ..not for the anal retentive that cant let things go ..

sometimes it will drive you insane

I think you've got it.

There is something about the top of the head that doesn't seam right. Maybe it's a bit too wide.

But like I said, that's really come along way. Well done.
