My thing to move it's not in the object?

He sorry don't know how to call it all very new to me, but the thing to move, scale, rotate is all the way on top how can i get it in the object on the bottom ?

What you need to do is peform a "center pivot"

Modify -> Center pivot

It's called the pivot. If you want to move it, just press Insert and then hit it one more time when you're done... In this case, I'd suggest snapping it to one of the bottom CV's/curves... If you ever lose sight of the pivot, just go to Modfy -> Center Pivot and it get's moved to the center of the mesh... Hope this helps

EDIT: Just realised I misread your question, thought you wanted to move it to the bottom of the object user added image Anyways, as Azimuth said, just use the Center Pivot user added image
