looking awesome kurt! the only thing i noticed between the concept sketch and the model is the snout/nose/whatever. On the actual model it seems more narrow and pointed, much like a lizards rather than the snubby one of a frog. Looks great both ways, just thought I'd point it out!

ya its bit more realistic in the model the drawing was from my head the model im using pictures as reference.

The legs are looking cool Kurt, but I prefered the chunkier looking ones in the original concept drawing. Mind you if it's going for stealth then maybe smaller legs are better... user added image

Thanks guys.... Pure im making him so that once i finish him i can change him a lot... I can make him either more cartoony or stay with the realism depending how I feel for the final.
