This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Not sure what about it that makes it look like its not a hard surface, but a leather surface. I'm guessing its the soft edges. Whatever it is, it looks nice man. So for the crevices, are those created by moving the edges, or do you have each block as a separate geomentry?

thanx man the ones with the bigger gaps are separate objects, but the smaller ones are the same object. more updates but im gonna change a lot on the dash board im not happy with some of the parts in there.

Very, very very swish!! I presume you're already aware of this but there is a seam straight down the centre line which sticks out to me. Though I love that speckled paint job :bow:
