Sculpt Geometry failure

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, the model I'm messing around with, is one I downloaded, and it goes over 9000 times bigger than what I want, when I'm sculpting on a model I'm working on, the push and pull work just fine, help would be most appreciated thanks.

from the first pic to the second, lower the size of the brush, also lower the maximum diaplacement values.

I've tried that and it kinda works, now it's pulling the nose away from the rest of the head, as if it were separated. Soz for the noobishness xD
