Who have Maya 4.5 ?? is it good ?
i have maya 3,5 (mac) and ....should i switch ???

I got maya 4.5 but havnt really played with it much.. the interface has a lot more tools added to the shelf, then maya 4.x had. But Im a new user to maya, so dont ask me about any technical issues with it user added image

only switch from a mac to a pc if you realy have to...
i know that no one will agree with me, but i love them. Thay may not be the fasted things but there just nicer to use.. + photoshop is great on a mac, and sucks big time on a pc!

im thinking about buying an ibook, i gave my old mac to my dad and i miss it everyday user added image

so if anyone has a mac thay want to sell, you know where i am!!!

yes it is perfet because the earlier versions of maya havent got some options that maya 4.5 has.

in edit polygons there is a 3 new options;
1- cut faces
2-pole faces
3-wedge faces

I especially use the cut faces when morking on modellling. cut faces is a very useful option..

What... Did I hear correct... Photoshop sucks on a PC....soo all the people that are using photoshop on there machine are INSANE !!! pheuw... there are only a couple of miljoen users.. nothing to worry about... user added image
