Combat 'Bot

After going though my last project one thing became very clear. I really need to start working on Rigging and Animation so that I can start doing actual full scenes instead of just characters.

So to start off this little endeavor I'm designing a combat Robot. Here is what I've got so far. I'm trying to keep the design close to the tutorials I've found on rigging this type of mechanical unit, the mechrig tutorial from here and another walker tutorial from highend3d.com. At the very least I want to get it into some sort of pose if not animate a walk cycle.

Cool start, GateKeeper. I'm more or less at the same level as you, but I followed the tutorial to the letter. This is looking much more original than mine. Good work m8. Can't wait to see this finisheduser added image

Thank you

Thank you for the compliments M8s. I managed to finish the gun arms. I've been having a bit of trouble getting the reloading mechanism just right for the gun arms. The clip is the rearmost portion of the gun. When I get those done I'll post it to see what everyone thinks.

By the by has anyone else had a problem with the audio on Mechrig 1? It seems to be muffled when I play it.
