Overall, looks pretty good. A few things tho. You need to give him a more smooth body. Its abit blocky. Also, make a nice, creepy scene to put the pumpkin in. It looks too boring with just him sitting there on a gray floor. user added image

i agree with hybrid. if you dont wanna go too in depth just put it on a simple porch step or something.

Converting to subd will prolly keep most of the detail while giving it a better overall look... You might have to crease the edge around the eye and mouth to get them right but i dont see why it wouldnt work.
