Ramp Shader/Gradient Question

Hi guys,

One question for example.

I have a plane and I detached the surfaces in individual planes

I want to apply a ramp shader or gradient to them as if it was one whole large plane agian. PLEASE HELP I went through alot of work to detach these and manipulate but need to apply this ramp to all as if it they were all attached again.
