Here's another boolean question I have. When I try to attach two ploy's together sometimes they both just completely disappear altogether. Are there any tricks of the trade when it comes to boolean functions?

usually when they disappear that means that all the polygons arnt intersecting. If they disappear, move the two objects closer together and hit boolean again and it should work. I had that problem a couple times and that is what made it work.
