Complex UV Layout in Maya

problem

i have a problem.i want to add detail but i dont really know how to do that without moving all vertex and after my model have some default(i hope you know what i mean).
here is what i want to do.
i dont want to add it with bump map or displacement map.

how about cutting in the basic shape with split poly and then trying to clean the connections back into your current mesh? I've done that before and even if it gives you a mesh headache you'll finally clean it up.

wow thanx a lot for the comment mmoore5553.i dont think its amazing and you know what, it makes only 5 month i work with maya so when you say maybe one day I can be that talented ,if practice a lot,you will be able to do that.
