What am I doing wrong

Could somebody tell me why the render on the left does not turn out like the original on the right?

Sorry for the duplicate post but I do not know why the picture did not show.

yes just go and edit your first post and check mark the delete and then hit submit

if that dont work then message the mods to delete it
