I Still Need to Do some touches to the tail probably in Z-Brush.

nice

GJ, i like it. only crits are that the tail look a lil bland, but you already mentioned that and the wings look as though they are just a bit too big for the dragon's body. otherwise i really like it. interesting choice making it look so bird-like in the torso/legs.
