STRAW ?

I'd be using the revolve tool to model a straw.

OFC this is by no means the only way.

That should get you going in the right direction. As for texturing, just do it yourself......you can learn what you need very quickly and its an ideal model if its your first time texturing.

I Would use the Grass paint effects, changing the colour etc etc andadjusting he attributes to make it lie flat.
