A run cycle - my latest animation

Hi guys,

I'm starting a MSc in computer animation in september and thought I'd get some practise in. Here is my latest attempt at a run cycle. Any feedback is welcome :-D

Hello Simon,

you've made a good start but he does look as though he's limping a bit on the left, nothing a bit of tweaking won't sort out though.

Where are you going to be studying for your MSC?

Cheers,

Mat.

I have no problem with the limping, but double spotlight shadows? The run looks great, but try and tone down those shadows! As a rule, shadows should come from a single light source except in rare cases where the scene calls for multiple shadows. Re-render it with only one shadow source. You can also lessen the harshness of the shadows by pulling the lights farther away from the figure!

Keep up the good work! It looks very natural!
