Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

still looking good

I honestly have no idea yet it is not going to be a spider but a half half. I have been looking for some references of creatures with spider bodies but so far no luck yet

Thanks for the reference amoeba but I think I am going for the hoodie with a skull as face and skeleton like hands.

I started the hoodie but I have no idea how to block in the wrinkles they always make I appreciate it if someone would help me.

Pic of the hoodie.

Wow, this is really looking cool!

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the human half turns out!

As for the jacket, I would just get the basic shape finished, and then once you happy, consider adding all the extra Geo to model all the wrinkles/folds. You could do it in ZB and use a Disp map, but that could look a bit odd.

Anyway, heres an Alien from Doctor who, that is allot like this... maybe it can give you an idea for the humanoid half.

Great work!

"Yes."

Thanks Mayaniac

But I am not that familiar yet with ZB but I will brainstorm over it though cause I really would like to add detail to this model.
