you tried google chrome yet?
It is pretty awesome. Oh wait, Java doesn't work right on it.
For the exception of that it is pretty kickass.
I've never effed with Opera.

According to google:
"It is also possible to press Shift + g to load all images on the page"

Selectively loading images?

Never had that problem before...

Is it only on certain sites?

Is it only with certain kinds of pictures?

Did you use the block content feature but blocked out the whole site instead of just the ads?

i had a similar problem with firefox not loading certain images. have been trying to rack my brain to work out how i fixed it. think it had something to do with my norton settings or maybe a process skype was running, tho not sure why.

I just thought of something!

What version of Opera are you using? Version 9.52 has a security feature where if the content in a frame is linked to an address that is not the same one as the page you are viewing, for example, a frame at example1.com links to example2.com, Opera will block it...

Not sure how to stop it though since it hasn't caused me any problems, but the knowledge base at opera.com would probaly have something about it.

well, im not sure exactly what version i have as im not at home to check but i do know that i have the latest version so if thats the latest version then that may be the problem...or at least part of it... also though if i right click an image and click open image or whatever itll just reload whatever page im on, even in google image searches if i click the image in the google frame it just reloads the page...:headbang:

edit... OMG POST #1400 AND A NEW SIG ALL AT ONCE!!!!!

Hmm... well, the latest version is 9.52 and I'm using that atm and I have no problems with images or Google... I tried "open image" and it does just that...

I don't have clue as to why its doing this...

Have you tried reinstalling?

If you are going to reinstall, you might also want to get rid of the config files as well... They should (I don't use Windows much these days) be in the /temp folder somewhere in your user folder (if you have a user accounts) which is in My Documents > User or the opera folder in My Programs...
