This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
Here is a small project i am busy with, would just like some feedback on it
Please note: This is the very first render and I am not even close to finish....
You might want to add a ground plane, set the camera attributes background color property to a grey shade. Also, if you render with mental ray then turn on production quality and final gather. You could also add a directional light with ray trace shadows turned on.
This will give a nicer render and will help to add depth to the model.
