Tutorial to convert 5 sided to quads easily

Hi Guys,

I'm sure this is lame and easy for a lot of you but I realized the other day I didn't know of a "good way" to do it and I was always just kinda trying to get rid of 5 sided n-gons. So I discovered a pretty simple and easy way to get rid of them and incorporate them into your topology. Just ignore if you already know how to do this!

Good Luck!
