Mental ray Batch Render problem

Hi,
I,m doing a simple animation with mental ray sun and sky lighting. When i render with render preview the render is just like i want, but when I do the batch render with the same settings, the lighting changes.

It doesn't seem to be a case of Render View exposure settings. The camera angle is the same so I take that the right camera is being used in batch. If you have render layers, make sure you're previewing on the right layer(s), check if there are any accidental overrides on settings or omitted lights. Off the top of my head that's what I could think of really.
