April Challenge - BillyZ - Noobie

Well I have to say this is an awesome topic and I can't bare to give up a chance like this. The model I want to do is the creature from the movie Scooby doo. Now normally, I would start scratch but I plan to take a pre-existant model which is actually my very first low-poly character and build up on that one so that it's bareable to be put in my portfolio. lol.

Enclosed I'll show you a pic of my pre-existant model, which is 2000 polys, and a pic of what I'm aiming to model from the movie.
Oh yah Ive been tinkering around with my website, if you have some free time.. give it a shout. Its not fully functionable, but any cristcism is helpful.

I like the caricter. the really long arms and spikes are cool on the model. are you going to have horns on it like the movie shot ?

Well this is all for me tonight, the head is still in an instance mode, and isn't merged but you get the general idea.
