Baked Baldness map query.

Hello there,

Hope you can help.

I've made, attached and baked a baldness map for some fur to a nurb surface. My problem is that it renders fine in any single frame on the time scale but when I try to batch render the scene with the length of the fur keyframed to grow I get no baldness map. I can press the bake key in the attribute editor for the fur before the first frame is rendered and it will show but why should I need to do that?

Any ideas to help me would be gratefully recieved.

Cheers,

Mat.
