Shadow map

Hello, how I create shadow map in maya?
I have searched in google and youtube but I did not find any tutorial saying exactly how to create one.

Hello, with this bake only the front of the object is illuminated and the rest is dark. How will I get the bake of a clothes already I need that all clothing parts stick with "lighting". What I want with the shadow map is the sensation of deep.
But when I put several lights in the scene, the texture ends up bad.
