Move tool 'gone crazy'

MY move tool is acting weird, see image, I think i may have selected an option in a hotbox, though not the normal hotbox, just a small one similar to the one when right clicking and selecting vertex or face etc, but do not know how to get it up again and/or what to select when i do. Please advise Maya peeps.

Thanks
