Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

hi....Im also looking for a new station and came to the conclusion....

one the cards that are highly recommended for 3d proggs is the Quadro series of Nvidia... I was thinking of a Quadro fx 500 but If you could spent more you should get a higher card in that same serie...

I going for a 1,5 Gb RAM.... you could go for much less but I run alot at the same time so I need a higher RAM as ussual...

HD .....you should see what kinda HardDisk you should take but make sure it's at least 7200rpm fast... ..could come in handy if you would copy alot and render time will reduce too....

I will take a P4 HT but I don't know if AMD or Mac orso would be better...

don't know if other things would need to consider for a good and stable 3dmachine...would like to hear it tho...

What I also would like to here from some others what they would buy...didn't bought anything yet so I can change dission cause Im still searching for what would be best for MAYA... user added image

...
