Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Hotkey issue, please help if you can !!

I'm using Maya 8.0 Unlimited on a XP machine. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Anyways, is it possible to set the x-ray option for shading to a hotkey? I've tried so many different ways already but to no avail. I want to push a mouse button and have the selected object have x-ray shading. Is this possible?

If not, how do I create an x-ray option on my shelf?

Thanks in advance and take care,

Shawn

Vladimir, a million thanks. As you can see, I'm brand new to these boards and I didn't think to do some kind of search. But now I know for the future.

Thanks and take care,

Shawn
