Doesn't it already do this? Shouldn't your instructor be able to help you out from Animation Mentor?

Actually i dont have an instructor, i am working on a laboratory automation project and learning Maya from online tutorials. I am required to model and animate the labortory, that why i posted this thing here ... having a lot of troubles with the arm
