Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

How To - move custom hotkeys-2011 to 2013

I hate to post this (because this should be simple enough) but I can't find a solution on simplymaya or google

I am trying to move my custom hotkeys from 2011 to 2013

At one point this year I decided to just re-create my custom keys - but now time is an issue - there has to be a fix on this?

thanks
Dan

There is a "userHotkey.mel" file in your "\maya\2011\prefs" folder. Copy it to the corresponding maya 2013 folder.

Thank You Genny

Seems like it was more of a problem back when I was using Maya 7 on up....

You helped a lot this has had me stumped all summer - I just worked around it, but not anymore.
