Walk Cycle

I downloaded the walk cycle and I wanna know why when I move his foot foward his whole body moves with it.

Sometimes maya likes to make the ik handel not sticky. select the IK handel of the legs and hit "Ctrl A" Lots of option come up Find Ik Handel attributes find stickiness and make sure its sticky.
