Forum registration not sending emails

To Admin: Just signed up and never received the registration email to confirm the email account. Did a password reset and even that did not send an email. 100% positive the emails are not being blocked, reported as spam, or deleted. I lucked out and went to the home page on simplymaya and it presented me with a hyperlink to confirm my account which is the only reason I was able to even post this message.

Please check your vBulletin settings.

Thanks for letting us know i wish more people would when they have a problem. However i just tested it and it works fine. Over 50 people have signed up today so far and it worked for them as well.

When i run an mx check on your domain i get an SMTP Transaction Time of over 20 seconds this is not good and an SMTP Connection Time of 9 seconds also not good! Maybe your host is having a bad day! I get this when i try and go to your domain "Chrome could not load the webpage because **.***.***.** took too long to respond"

If you email me at admin@simplymaya.com i can send you emails from various different servers and we can track down the problem it may just be that with an SMTP connection time of 9 seconds our MTA has simply queued the mail and will resend it again in 4 hours.

I've just sent you a test email i hope you don't mind, please let me know if you get it.

All the best
Dave
