thanks guys user added image I hope i finish too! yeah yeah! translucent wings!! I want that! here is an early render... i feel like i am speeding through this too quickly and not spending the time i would like on certain things. But thats my own fault for entering late :/

how do i get rid of the jagged edges of the non ray traced shadows? i cant remember?!?! I adjusted the bias (i think thats what i did) to .4, which made it a bit better...

anyway here is a quick and dirty render...

ROTFL!!! I have been away for the (US) holidays and havent got anything more to show user added image I am hurrying home from work tonight and packing (I am moving) then I will try and get something posted after that... Then I might have a large glass of scotch to wind down.

I knew i shouldnt have joined the comp at the mid way point, I will never learn...
