I like it. On the target blend shapes I think you might need more movement in the cheeks and eyes. With just the jaw moving I think you loose some relatability and make the character overly stiff.

So, you got clip?

I think you're right about the cheeks and eyes blends, and yes I have a clip but I don't know where to upload it.

looks nice but when he shakes his head the movement is too glitchy... like it flashes.

Yes, I think I need to mess around with the hyper graph a bit and add some details and textures to him as well. I'll be back with an update later.
