Nov/Dec - Noob - JDigital

Well here we go. I am going to model an F-16 jet. I am new and not familiar at all with texturing etc... but I hope to learn a lot in the process.

Here is a picture.

I will be interedted to see how this develops. When I do something like this i like to start with a poly plane and do a lot of edge extrusions. get alot more accurate result.

Thanks! I think it will take me some time to get texturing down, because I am really new to texturing. So that will take a good amount of the month I am sure.

Do you know of any good tutorials online?

Thanks again guys!

Here we go, here is the basic model. I am going to add some detail to the model, but here is the basis of the core.

I am going to need some serious help on UV texturing (the most I have really textured with sewing UVs is a 4 sided box!) so I am going to need some help if anyone has any tutorial links etc...

Tell me what you think so far, here is some progress.
