Thx. No I'm not Japanese. Not necessarily a lot of fur as rabbits' heads are small and it's only going to be the head.

yeah, but since the competiton is to model just the head, it doesn't matter that rabbits are small and that "it's just the head"... the render will still take up all screen estate, ergo, there will be lot of fur :bandit:

Yes the render of the head will be the whole head taking up the picture. But the physical amount of fur won't be much because as I said rabbits are small and don't have much fur.

The physical amount of fur is going to be small, hence my point.

Yeah, but since you'll have a close-up of the head you need more detail and maybe more fur for the head that you'd need if you would've done the whole shebang.

Agreed Djblazer. Maybe I won't need to add extra fur depending on what I do in the end.

I have the head made. Just think I'll add eyes and ears before I post.

The rabbit's coat is very smooth so you'll probably be able to get away with mostly painted texture for the fur. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm sure it'll look good.

Hi gohan1842,

Any chance you could post an xray wire frame so we can see the image and your model at the same time?

Ok. I'll get a wireframe with the model xrayed. Going to change the edge flows with it.
