cheers for all your comments.. ive got a loooooooong way to go before the modelling is finished and i start texturing...this is just a tiny part of a large model!! photorealistic would be great...if i knew how to do it...ill cross that bridge wen i come to it.....im startin work on it again tommorrow, fitting the second eye which ive got a good idea for now and some interesting stuff for the sides of the head as well as the breathing aparatus for the mouth...the wires will all go to the main engine of the machine once built...should be able to give you all an update on it tommorow...keep you all posted...thanks again.

p.s if anyone needs a modeller for some short or long term employment then i am currently available and eager to get involved in some more commercial work.contact me here or through private messaging.thanks.

Truly bizarre!

I really like your style, the other models you made have the same feel to them, how are you rendering the images?

The progress is great, I think the eye looks as though it might fall off its mounting. I would think about having it held in a claw, like the grabber surgeons use with an endoscope.

Take it easy,

Mat.

thanks all for your comments and crits..heres an update...sadly ive had to temporarily remove all those great parts of the sockets because my comp keeps running out of memory wen rendering with them included, but he now has his breathing instruments. the eye texturing still needs more work..but ive adjusted the lighting slightly so you can see the cup the eye is sitting in better...all crits and help with memory problems helpful....thanks.user added image
