This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
I like the scene, I would recomend turning down the intensity a bit though, looks alittle bright. The shot really makes him look like a "live" character. I would recomend adding a point light with very low intensity, at the top of the gun, and ad a lense flare to make it look like a flash from the bullet shooting. Just an Idea. Thanks,
Brian
Perhaps put some more detail on the "box" that is the base piece of your chaingun. Now, it's just a cube, and you should also remove the bullets from the spent ammo.
(What do you call the brass cylinder that contains the gunpowder, and is left when firing a weapon?? The english word...)
The fur is really neat. Perhaps some more fur density or scraggle could give it more a fuzzy look, and not the spiky look it has now?
Looks like touching it could really give you a sting, but perhaps that is the idea
Otherwise.. It looks really cool... The ice on the stones behind him gives it just that little touch of detail and depth.
